Greetings Friends of Liquid Fusion Kayaking,
We hope that you are having a great summer. Ours has been amazing. The weather has been unusually warm and sunny, and we've been having lots of fun sharing Fort Bragg and Mendocino Coast kayaking adventures with visitors of all ages and abilities from all over the world.
Visitors (and even locals) have been raving about our Tracks to Kayaks trips with the Skunk Train. Seeing Fort Bragg's Noyo River Valley from the train and then enjoying a quiet kayak trip on the river makes for a truely unique experience. Fawns, baby osprey, turtles, kingfishers, and other creatures gaze at us as we float beneath the canopy of trees above the river.
Equally fun and amazing have been the experiences of paddlers on our Noyo Meander and Sunset Bird Paddles. A mamma river o
tter and her pup have stolen the show on several of these trips. When they aren't around, the harbor seals and other animals continue to delight and lately a snowy egret has been entertaining us with its quirky behaviors.
Adventurous visitors have been rocking out with us on our Whitewater of the Sea Adventure. We love to play in the waves and whitewater features of the ocean so we developed Whitewater of the
Sea to share that experience with kindred spirits. Due to the extreme fun of this trip, we have discontinued doing mild sea cave tours and are sharing extraordinary experiences with those that are adventureous and willing to get wet.
Enthusiast paddlers have been playing and refining their skills with us in our surf and rock garden classes.
If you haven't made it out on one of our surf or rock garden classes, check out our August and September calendar or call us up to schedule a private lesson.
Speaking of calling us up, we've been quite busy and sometimes can't aways answer the phone. Please leave us a voicemail or email and we will contact you as soon as possible.
Best of days on the water,
Cate and Jeff
