Learn to paddle better with LFK. Learning to paddle safely and efficiency will increase your confidence and paddling fun. This Essential Kayaking Skills class focuses on the basics of an efficient paddle stroke, effective maneuvering, and self-rescues and recovery. Learn to prevent capsizing with bracing and in the event of a capsize how to use self-rescue tools like paddle floats and bilge pumps. This class is scheduled to run from 9-12 with an optional afternoon session. Cost depends upon the number of participants so rally your other paddling friends to join you in learning and practicing these essential paddling skills.
