Who: Kayakers with the draw of the sea. If you are interested in getting to the sea and want to explore with the right tools look "To the Sea".

What: Five weeks of sea kayak skills in: personal improvement, rescues, basic navigation, group awareness, knots for kayaks, and towing. One will also build streangth, endurance and flexability.

When: This course will begin Saturday, November 11, 2006, 12:00pm - 4:00pm. The last day of class will be December 16, 2006. An off week will be November 25, 2006.

Where: Due to changing conditions and skills the venue will be selected 24 hours prior.

How much: $340 for all five or $80 per lesson.

All participants must provide their own gear:

`sea kayak with proper flotation

`pfd that fits.

`paddle

`clothing for immersion in water 60 degrees or less

`spray deck for closed decked kayaks

`thigh straps for sit on top kayaks
