Once you have launched your kayak onto the water it is time to be relaxed enjoy the sights and get to where you want to go.

The flat-water perfection lesson will help to improve and perfect your every day paddling skills.

BCU British Canoe Union: If you are interested in the Three Star award, skills and techniques, venturing out to sea, surfing waves, viewing wildlife, or running down white water rivers then practice perfection on flat water. This lesson is great for first timers and seasoned veterans of all kayak disciplines.

Skills covered are directly related to the BCU 3* syllabus.
