When paddling a kayak during a race, a paddler can utilize many techniques to enhance ones performance.  This lesson will give you a better understanding of open ocean racing and more comfort if conditions pick up.

Who:  if you are racing in the annual Bay to Bay race or just interested in paddling faster and more efficient in open water.

What:  four hours of drills and practiced techniques along the San Diego coast.

When:  June 3, 2007
