Roll & Rescue Practice

Tuesdays

6:30pm-Sunset

$20

So often we learn an important skill and do not give it enough practice. Do you want to be an asset to a paddling group? Be fast and efficient with your self rescue and buddy rescues. LFKC has created a weekly event to help increase your skills.

We will have coaches on hand to help you work through the basics and also teaching new ones. If you have an Eskimo roll that needs a little work come out. Work on the perfect muscle memory.

Are you in need of learning the Eskimo roll? Sign up for a private lesson and get the key fundamentals down. Then come on out and practice Tuesday nights.

Who: One who strives to be more efficient and safe on the water.

Pre-requisites: Level 2 lessons in any discipline and for rolling “your first roll”

What: About two hours of practice with a coach on hand to help in kayak rolling and rescues.

When: Most Tuesday evenings throughout June-July-August 2007

How: Call or write to register for one week or five weeks for the price of four.

Where: In LFKC fashion we will designate the venue 24 hours prior to the lesson. We encourage the use of as many water access points in San Diego. Not only will you get practice of these important skills, but also see different access points available.

Cost: $20 per person per night or you can purchase a five week block for $80.
