From mild to wild . . . Liquid Fusion Kayaking is an owner/operated instructional kayak

company on the the Mendocino Coast.

Jeff and Cate are the owner/operators/instructors/guides. We started the Liquid Fusion Kayaking on the Mendocino Coast to share our love of kayaking, wildlife watching and the outdoors. All of our tours and classes are lead by either or both of us. We believe in a personalized experience. Reservations are required, and group sizes are small. We believe in quality not quantity. Our tours and classes start with us asking participants what they want to see, do, and experience. Each class or tour is then customized to the participants interests.

We have developed tours, classes, and rentals to meet a variety of interests and abilities. For those that don't want to get wet, they can join us on a dry and mild tour that is scenic and relaxing, yet wild with wildlife. For those that are looking for adventure, our Whitewater of the Sea will challenge and thrill. For those that want to explore the Noyo River by kayak on their own, we offer rentals and knowledgeable advice. And for those that want to learn to kayak, teaching kayaking is our specialty. Spring has sprung on the Mendocino Coast and so have plans for spring and summer kayaking. So let's get ready to paddle . . .

We are rallying kayakers for the 11th Annual Big River Walk and Paddle to support the Cancer Resource Center of Mendocino County. We are offering free kayak rentals to any paddlers who have taken a class from us. Contact us to reserve your kayak.

Get your kayaking skills ready for summer paddling with a kayak class. All levels of paddlers will benefit from a class where we can perfect your techniques and make paddling more easy, safe, and fun.

Our 4 week, Introduction to Kayaking Class at the CV Starr Community Center Pool starts April 26. This is a great class for learning basic strokes and capsize recovery skills in a heated swimming pool. Dont' miss out as we won't be teaching this class again until September. The pool is also a great place to learn and practice your roll. Call us to schedule a roll lesson or tune-up.

For those that are just getting interested in kayaking, try out one of our tours or our Discover Kayaking Class. For those interested in sea kayaking on the Mendocino Coast, check out our sea kayaking classes that start with essential kayak skills and progress through rock gardening.

Our regular paddling events have begun. We have our Second Sunday Sea Kayak Paddles which are 3-4 hour guided coastal explorations of the Mendocino Coast in sea kayaks.

Enjoy a leisurely kayak or canoe trip up the Noyo River. We are r enting kayaks for kayaking on Fort Bragg's Noyo River on weekends from 10-5 (weekdays by appointment).

Upcoming events will be kayaking safety events for National Safe Boating Week, and our social paddles. We will be posting more on these soon. For now - GET OUT and PADDLE!!!

Explore the Mendocino County Redwoods and Fort Bragg's Noyo River Valley by train and by kayak.

Liquid Fusion Kayaking and the Skunk Train have teamed up for 2010 to offer TRACKS to KAYAKS. Ride the Skunk Train from Fort Bragg to Northspur. On the return from Northspur, disembark from the train to kayak 2.5 miles on the Noyo River Estuary back to Fort Bragg.
